Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to see that your experience at smartTrade is positive. People on full remote work are asked to come to our office 2 days per month. Indeed we think that it helps to maintain the link, to foster the exchanges between the different staff members and teams as well as more informal moments together.

Pros

smartTrade is a place where one can really learn a lot on fintech. The company is leading in the FX vendors world, and employees will grow a lot, whether about tech or about trading platforms and systems. Teammates are friendly and shows solidarity. There are a lot of challenges of course, as anywhere, and whatever the department you're in, but overcoming them together is always rewarding! Finally, the C-level team is solid, with a nice mix of employees who rose from the ranks and people having several past experiences in other companies.

Cons

As for any fintech vendors, the environment can be sometimes stressful, and this is where the team spirit really helps.
