There is no space for bullying and such behaviours should be reported immediatly to Identified Referents and/or HR. We organise leadership trainings to promote respectful managerial practices and measure progresses through our engagement survey. We invest in employee events to foster team building, internal & external networking, and collaboration, while also ensuring the mental and physical well-being of our employees. We don't share your view reagrding our technology. Our solution is recognized as a very robust and unique trading platform on the market. The ultra low latency which has been recetly implemented in our products is an aspect that we are very proud of. We have been awarded several industry prizes. We rely on very talented and engaged teams to deliver our solution to the clients.
