I think soona is a good place for a creative person to find themselves: at the intersection of growth and innovation. There are new challenges every day, but the team is brilliant and the leadership is inspiring & accommodating. The bennies are great too.

Cons

This isn't necessarily a con, but the company is growing quickly and things are busy. Don't sign on unless you're 100% ready to go and grow.

Pros

The people. The team at soona has been one of the most supportive and inspiring collection of people I've met. I enjoyed my work as a Production Manager producing photo and video shoots.

Cons

As with most start ups, the atmosphere can be strained with high output.

I’ve got nothing positive to say about the company. Working here was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and I would never recommend working here to anyone, ever.

Cons

Working for soona felt like a complete waste of time. The salary here is insultingly low and doesn’t reflect how heavy the workload for employees is. There is no room for growth, no opportunities for advancement, and no support provided. Management treats employees as nothing more than disposable tools and shows zero respect towards them. There isn’t any room for mistakes, and if you happen to make one, management will yell at you for being incompetent and stupid.
