Pros

Don't see any pros to work for them.

Cons

They don't treat employees well. When you want to make a career move they don't pay you your salary and in turn tell that you owe them money. They send threatening emails and give illogical and non-sensical reasoning when you try to reason with them.

Pros

None at All - Its all negative

Cons

Beware of The CEO-The company is nothing but 'Wolf in a sheep's skin'. As mentioned by many others their only motive is to mint money out of you as long as possible and then treat you with disrespect and even threaten when you request for your dues. The management never comes out in front and the rest of the team is nothing but pawns who are useless without the CEO's command. The company has cheated many employees of their salaries and violated their rights. The moment you confront them , they dodge your calls, emails and stop responding. They tweak every paperwork and manipulate you. You wouldn't even know till the end about their true colors. Stay away from Splendtek and spread the word. Hope the authorities take note of what is going on and take action against them-It starts with each one us taking the necessary actions against these and hopefully create awareness among future job seekers.

Pros

Marketing is done well. Files H1B just as any other company would do.

Cons

1. Will ask you to pay $1000 as security deposit for filing. 2. 2 year agreement, all other companies make a one year agreement 3. Delayed salary payments 4. Never answers you emails or calls 5. All they want is money. They will never do what they promise. They hide your actual pay rate and pays you the minimum. 6. They will say they will return the security deposit but they will never do that. 7. Pay roll team are a bunch of fools and need permission from CEO to do even a small task.
