Pros
Staff can be supportive, tends to work like a family for the most part. Days don't feel long because there's always work to be done. Morning meetings help you identify your goals and needs. Pay is decent. Normally your shift is 9-5, with early-leave on fridays. Weekends off. Nice Vacation benefits
Cons
There's plenty of "fires" where a top priority project hits your desk and you have to address it, which means moving all other projects to the side. Customer service, in my experience, was chaotic--but i'm sure that's universal Sometimes if you need help from anoher department, it may take time bcause everyone is busy, which means you have to deal with the "fire" by yourself. This doesn't always work out well. Sometimes your issues/complaints with fellow employees/clients will fall on deaf ears.
