Communication & Structure: Cross-department communication is inconsistent and can be siloed. Feedback is not always welcomed, even when intended to help the business. Important information doesn’t flow smoothly, causing repeated misunderstandings. Teams are sometimes blamed for issues caused by unclear direction. Workload & Expectations: Workload can be heavy due to constant pivots and shifting SLAs. Goals and KPIs change frequently, which makes it difficult to measure success.
