The peoe you have the opportunity to work with in the store. Guests are very friendly and typically share the same values with respect to their food choices.
Cons
From a company whose vision and core values center around the importance of their team, they literally drop the ball with internal development and promotion. The values of the company are great but unfortunately that does not resonate at store level.
