That being said, the company values do not connect with the day to day team members. It's depressing. Disconnection between company culture and leadership in the stores. As well dysfunction between leaders and staff members. Not a great company to train for or work at. No sense of organization in the management training program. As an experienced restuarant professional I wouldn't suggest working here. Large potential you could waste your time there.
