You can get hired without any core experience if you are close to one of the member of leadership team as their first priority is to protect their exclusive community, try to get stronger in the company and get other leaders approval to be promoted. The company is quite corrupted. All members of leadership them are manager/lead for something. You will never get promoted or hired no matter what your skills are if you are not kissing their butt or not supporting them. Some people have been working here for years and you should never disagree with anything when you talk to them because they know the best. I'm so glad I got to leave this toxic place.
