Pros
-founders are involved in the company and care about their employees (they practice what they preach) -work hard, play hard -everyone on the team really cares about the success of the company / fellow co-workers -great perks + benefits (free salads, swag, company Impact Retreat, sweetlife festival, health insurance, flexible vacation) -making an impact on others lives -the companies values align with my own -it's more than just a job i.e. I wake up and don't dread going to work
Cons
-company is still growing and there are still areas that need some focus (i.e. expanding in new markets, defining ones role as company grows)
