Pros
The food is great and the 50% discount is great. They host a music festival every year featuring popular artists. When you get hired they promote a positive and healthy lifestyle. The pay is competitive and above minimum wage. Co-workers and Head Coach were really great.
Cons
Employees weren't treated with respect. Leadership when the General Manager wasn't there was very poor. Many supervisors did not follow procedures and often times you was not given the break that was supposed to be "required." They follow the "customer is always right" regardless of whether said customer was very much wrong. In general corporate doesn't seem very kind or as nice as they make it seem. The only person from corporate that everyone loved was Sabrina. She was genuinely the nicest person and always made everyone smile when she came in. Also add in the fact that unless someone in corporate likes you, you have no chance of moving up. It's mainly about picking favorites. A lot of unprofessional behavior at work. People gossiped and there was no sense of professional boundaries.
