Pros
I have worked with syncreon for about 7 years now and came over as an operations supervisor through an acquisition of my previous employer. The acquisition process at the plant was very smooth and was a positive, pleasant experience. I was provided a number of opportunities to travel and work my way up within the company. I now work for the corporate office and am very grateful for the opportunities that have been provided to me. Amazing opportunity for people to grow within the company if they are willing to put in the work.
Cons
Travel can be excessive at times depending on your position and what you sign up for. Many facilities are at the mercy of customer demands and overtime may be required based on their production schedules.
