Pros

Overall intentions are good but execution is poor. Aggressive utilization of technology is admirable but again implementation is poor.

Cons

Old school management tactics. Yelling, intimidation, even physical violence is present after you are there awhile it is evident. From top management on down. Development of the average hourly employee as a whole is talked about but that is where it ends. Company does not care about the employees any more than a tool to do a job. HR is evil, do not trust.

Cons

Communication between upper management and operations can be inconsistent, workload can spike during peak times leading to long hours, some legacy systems create unnecessary inefficiencies, limited upward mobility without relocation, and cross-department collaboration sometimes lacks clarity.
