Pros

Love the work I do. BMW parters are supportive and willing to teach you the skills needed to thrive. BMW partners constantly questioning Syncreon management team's decision-making.

Cons

Management refusing to supply enough people and functioning equipment to be successful. Company growing too fast, can't handle their own growth. Not willing to spend the money to run properly as they are paying too much on building new facilities. Beating down employees with mandatory overtime. Contantly threatening to point/write up employees for not volunteering for additional OT on top of mandatory OT.
