Pros

The warehouse teams are hard working and take pride in what they do. They are the heart of the business The pay is reasonable also .

Cons

The management is uncaring. They do not appreciate the best asset they have is the people. They cancelled the agency night shift employees with just a few days notice. The new HR has been there for many months but have NEVER seen her once go into the warehouse where more than 90% of the employees work. The customer provides information to the teams before syncreon do on changes to our production volumes which effect headcount.

Cons

Communication between upper management and operations can be inconsistent, workload can spike during peak times leading to long hours, some legacy systems create unnecessary inefficiencies, limited upward mobility without relocation, and cross-department collaboration sometimes lacks clarity.
