Salary paid on time. Good people in EHS department. Is making baby steps towards improvement, in some distant future might have cultural change.

Feeling like working for soulless company, that has 30 old style of management. Lack of communication from Managemt team to any other level below, bad culture at the moment. Heavy lack of knowledge - direct higher manager. Cares more how to fake things, than do them properly. Just covers the back. Little care about people overall. Not rewarding. Less than good working conditions warehouse and offices. Had to sit on some 10 years old deformed chair with terrible white stains all over it for a year. Other site's office had broken, non-adjustable chairs. Too much politics under the carpet. Unreal rotation of staff.
