Pros

syncreon is the place to work if you enjoy a culture of independence. You will need to train yourself on your position, learn the needs of the customers, by trial and error, and dig deep to find out the Company's goals and vision. This is a company that could be great and drive change in the 3-4PL Industry. syncreon has a unique service offering that needs to be cultivated, embraced and properly presented to the marketplace.

Cons

Bright talent doesn't remain long at syncreon. Company culture is draining. There is no positive feedback for the associate. There is no accountability and poor performance is often rewarded.

Communication between upper management and operations can be inconsistent, workload can spike during peak times leading to long hours, some legacy systems create unnecessary inefficiencies, limited upward mobility without relocation, and cross-department collaboration sometimes lacks clarity.
