Pros

a good company not excellent one to work for. Good people in the day to day work force as in most companies but upper management and ownership very disconnected and or unconcerned about the on goings of the middle management.

Cons

Very poor management in the technology division from Director and regional managers. Poor ethical and business management. Poor direction and and employee moral due to director level management.

Cons

Communication between upper management and operations can be inconsistent, workload can spike during peak times leading to long hours, some legacy systems create unnecessary inefficiencies, limited upward mobility without relocation, and cross-department collaboration sometimes lacks clarity.
