The talech POS software is full of bugs, very little internal resources to help customers deal with them. No leaders, only managers that have no to very little experience in coaching and development. Senior leadership struggles with planning, collaboration and execution of initiatives. Leaders promise solutions in the heat of the moment when feedback is being given from employees then when the time comes to see the changes - nothing. Then on top of that, when someone asks a follow up question as to the status, the managers react in a manner that seems like they never promised anything.
