Pros
A young growing company that supports some of the best brands in the country. talentReef has provided me a place to grow and develop my skills while having the ability to move up to new challenges. The culture is a perfect fit, colleagues are expected to work hard but are also provided opportunities to truly enjoy their work. I would highly recommend talentReef to someone who wants an opportunity to be a part of a growing company.
Cons
New hire training is continuing to get better but it is still a growing company. You are expected to learn on the fly. I think this will continue to improve but if you're expecting to go under the radar this probably isn't the best place for you.
