We recognize needing to improve training and development, including training for those starting out in the professional workforce, and are actively working on these processes. Leadership development is important and in October several managers attended a training session to further their skills. More training and development opportunities are being implemented to train the next generation of leaders and offer career advancement opportunities. Moving forward, performance awards and promotions will be based on measurable goals and accomplishments.
