Training and development opportunities are abundant, and this is a great environment for a motivated, self-starter. A sales role is challenging and can be rewarding for the right person, and we realize it’s not the right fit for everyone. Our company is consistently evolving and growing and there have been a lot of changes in the past few months that have created an even better culture and working environment. A Career Journey program was implemented for employees to design and grow their career path through career and development goals that are reviewed quarterly with their manager. These dialogues are also a great way to listen to employees and solicit new ideas and opinions. Our technology and product teams have a new leadership team and a strategy and roadmap to move forward for success and providing the best product possible for our customers.
