Our employees make talentReef great! We are improving processes to do even more for the team. The SVP of Human Resources was hired a few months ago and has made several positive changes including career journey mapping, goal setting, employee recognition, and development training for the management team. Expect to see more changes that benefit the team. talentReef is proud of its diverse team! Cultural Networks have been created to continue to celebrate and learn more about the diversity in our team. The executive team’s doors are always open to hear what you have to say. While COVID has us working from home, we’re finding ways to stay connected and keep the team engaged. We did everything possible to make the transition to working from home as easy as possible and will continue to monitor the situation and keep our employees safe.
