Honestly, this is the worst company I've ever worked with. Mistakes upon mistakes from management without any responsibility whatsoever. Try to voice out your concern, and they will threaten to fire you right away. All the tools they're using are outdated. You will never be considered for a raise or promotion even if you do great work because it's all based on nepotism.
