Pros
A few team members were good here. I learned a lot from them, and it helped me to enhance my skills at times.
Cons
The workplace ambiance was toxic and hostile. I blame a few terrible people for that. They were too melodramatic and created chaotic drama over little things. Sometimes, the drama became too much and created stress for everyone else. I quit when I saw the management avoided drama and didn't take any steps to fix the situation.
