Management was flexible with rosters and generally very accommodating with part-time employees who had other commitments (e.g. school, family etc.)
Cons
Sometimes an unfriendly and quite negative environment for employees. Constant drama or spats between sales staff and management got tiring quickly. Upper management was reluctant to get involved or do anything to improve the tone and atmosphere of the work environment.

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work
High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work
Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
