Be careful for favoritism, if you don't do EXACTLY what they say they will find a way to drive you out of there. There is no room for improvement, they just provide the same information anytime you ask.

Amazing employee discount and environment. Super fun place to work!
Benefits are good and there are some good people still around
Cons
Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
