      Family owned and value based company w strong heritage - value of play, learning through activities happens at company. LEGO walks the talk in a simple way. Danish / scandinavian company culture with emphasize on collaboration and respect for each other.

      Cons

      Decision making - if made on agreement of all involved parties - sometimes really cumbersome and slow.

      Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

      Cons

      Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
