Pros
- Work is FUN - everyday you play with LEGO! - Work/Life balance is taken very seriously and you get to have a LIFE aswell as WORK! - You meet so many different people and get to know the business so well due to the flexible seating within the office - You work how you want to work, you're treated like an adult and you're trusted - Culture and values are central to everything and you are very much encouraged to keep those values in mind with all decisions that are made - Flat hierarchy, the family are still very much at the heart of LEGO
Cons
- Promotions are quite hard to come by - Reduce meeting culture - Make it easier to stop something that isn't working rather than proving it doesn't work - I no longer work there :(
