At the end of the day, there is no employees security or a fair treatment of the performance and the contribution. The company procedures in terms of such sensitive area like ‘bullying, harassment and victimization’ do not work. In case of applying for an investigation to defend dignity in a corporate way and getting no charges at the end of the process, a job loss is guaranteed while the guilty manager continues working. There is a big question in regards to a cultural diversity and fair promotions as well.
