      Pros

      Great online discount (if you're given the details for it), mostly nice coworkers, some lovely recurring customers that you get to know well. Fine as a general retail job but not as a career.

      Cons

      Very focussed on secret shopper to the point where you felt like you were annoying customers . Constantly flipping from close to finish shifts so no time for a social life/actual sleep. Very hostile once you've handed your notice in.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
