Pros
50% employee discount is really good if you're a lego enthusiast, and you will meet a lot of other people who enjoy lego as well. If you are young and into lego this will probably be an okay job for you to start.
Cons
No sick leave, as low as 4 hours a week in the slow months and rarely more than 20 in the busiest. Orientation interview made a lot of promises that were not kept, fellow employees took notice of this as well. Supervisors and managers would be late, take time off for being sick, and even for going on a cruise. I stayed home a couple days because I thought I had COVID and I still had to sign a written warning. Other brick specialists would come in clearly sick because of this. If you're a lego enthusiast a lot of what little you make from this job will probably be going back to lego using that discount.
