      Nice co-workers. Okay pay. Great employee discount. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      No chairs at register. Customers can be rude. No benefits for part-time employee. Strict dress-code. Not good at promoting from within.

      Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

      Cons

      Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
