      I ran into Micro Management the first day there, Management does not own there problems they push blame onto the workers. No real leadership skills, They are more focused on what time you leave as opposed to your ability to get quality work done on schedule.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
