      Pros

      Some of the people are great to work with. There was a true comrade among the employees but there were also some that should have been worked out of the company. As most places, it depended on your relationship with management.

      Cons

      As with most places, you are not judged on your accomplishments but on who you know.

      Pros

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
