Some people are great to work with
Depending on the team, you get the opportunity to be exposed to new things
Cons
It's all about who you know, not what you can actually do
Management is indecisive
Lots of male chauvinist pigs
All talk no action
Everyone is in it for him/herself
If you're not German or can't speak German, don't think about getting ahead

Dear colleague, thank you for taking the time to share your experiences at thyssenkrupp. We are sad to hear that you did not enjoy working with us us in many respects.
We do not tolerate discrimination against women or bullying in any way. In such cases, we urge you to contact your supervisor or the works council. You can report a serious incident to our lawyer. You will find all the contacts you need to know about compliance on our website under "Company" - "Compliance" - "Report incident".
You have certainly noticed that some changes have also taken place in the Executive Board and that Guido Kerkhoff has left us by mutual agreement as CEO. Together with the new Executive Board, we hope to be able to press ahead with the strategic realignment in order to make thyssenkrupp an attractive employer for all its employees again.
We wish you all the best for your professional and private future.
Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.
