      Pros

      Flexibility, benefits, consult with architects & engineers. Fellow employees were great.

      Cons

      Company management very disconnected from field offices. Product offerings always behind competitors. Internal estimating, CRM, Oracle, etc. dont interface with each other. Elevator group recently sold so many layoffs have occured & those still there very demoralized.

      Pros

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
