      People you work with on the daily are good people.

      Cons

      HR is a joke. They only care about upper management to the extent of giving themselves promotions and raises that they do not deserve, but having to downsize because they cannot afford to pay people. Insurance (PPO Family) is expensive and doesn't cover hardly anything for the price.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
