      Reasonable salary, nice environment, good relation with co-workers, possibility to learn inside the office and in the field. Health insurance retirement plan.

      Cons

      Big company but small office. Lack of career plan. It is still not possible to check and apply for positions in different offices of the company around the world.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
