      International experience Exposure to management Decent pay

      Cons

      Excessive bowing to customer demands. No bonuses until at least a couple years into a mid-senior level position. Archaic systems. Unequal benefits on display between US and European staff. Insufficient staffing of engineers and purchasing to provide adequate support (quality mostly good, quantity bad).

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
