      In a management role, you are free to manage your sites the way you see fit with little oversight.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Salary is poor in comparison to other companies in the same industry. Poor communication within the organization. Growth opportunities will only be available if you are willing to relocate to another state.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
