      There is enough support there for a young engineer to make mistakes and learn without causing harm. Good people in general at the company and always busy

      Cons

      Not competitive pay and work was not that challenging at times. A lot of painstaking processes dealing with documentation

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
