      Good Pay, good insurance, work from home and good vacation days.

      Cons

      Bunk equipment, no training, nothing is documented, unorganized, management ignores employees, V.P is a pompous, narcissist! They let more than one person from a department take time off at the same time leaving one person to handle the entire department alone.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
