      Good opportunity to dive into technical topics. Some decent freedom to prioritize workload. Benefits are pretty decent. Enjoy the coworkers.

      Cons

      Lack of solid technical information to do a thorough job. Even if you're a self-starter and very good at understanding topics, not having critical information will just halt progress in its tracks.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
