Pros
A great learning experience if you are a techie and that too depend on luck if you are allocated in a good project.
Cons
1. Salaries are credited 7th of every month, sometimes late. 2. Very strict rules by the management. Eg if you want to have a break for more than 15 mins you need HR's permission else they will track you down like anything. 3. PF credits are not made on time. 4. Exit formalities are not proper and people are still waiting for the PF transfer to happen. 5. Proper response from HR is not in place for anyone who have lef the organisation.. 6. Employees are not even recognised for their work but exploited with loads of work. 7. Team leads are not technical and do not understand the situation but they act like some big crime was done by the person working under a team lead. 8. Engineers are being allocated as product managers in the organisation who have 0 exp with people management
