Pros

-Get to work on lots of cool tech and learn a lot -Hour long breaks -Good corporation that mostly does things the right way

Cons

-Bad pay, all employees deserve more money for doing this job. It's ridiculous that Panda Express employees basically make the same hourly wage. Even manager only gets 40k a year, same as managing way easier environments. The only way to get the money you deserve is to be an owner. -Getting blamed for things completely out of your control (by customers and management) -Getting blamed for things on par or not as bad as mistakes manager makes himself -Don't even have the tools needed to do work, especially computers, manager seems to think it's fine when employees take 10x longer to do a simple task because they have to use a junk computer. I can't stress enough how retarded this is: A store that REPAIRS COMPUTERS doesn't have decent enough computers for their employees to efficiently get work done. Employees giving up with store computers and using their own personal phone/tablet/computer is a regular occurrence. As far as other tools go it's a total mess with everyone stealing other people's tools as they need to and some tools completely disappearing. This could easily be fixed by giving everyone a box of tools that are only for them, but for some reason the manager explicitly came out AGAINST doing this (we're talking $30 tops for tools needed per person)

Pros

Absolutely none. This location operates as a severe compliance and legal liability to the Asurion/uBreakiFix brand.

Cons

A deep dive into the operational practices of this store reveals a calculated environment of systemic exploitation, digital fraud, and intentional security manipulation that should deeply concern corporate leadership and legal counsel: • Systemic Credential Fraud: Management actively operates off-the-books labor. New hires are forced to perform live customer intake and technical work orders directly under the Lead Technician’s active digital credentials. This creates falsified labor reporting, compromises data integrity, and violates corporate cybersecurity protocols. • Gated HR Exploitation: Management intentionally delays issuing official employee IDs and logins. Because the corporate HR portal is strictly gated behind an active employee ID requirement, terminated workers are systematically blocked from accessing corporate HR channels to report wage theft or poor treatment. • Intentional Security Camera Tampering: The store lobby camera operates with a deliberately falsified time-and-date stamp and failure to record. This creates intentional visual blind spots. Management utilizes these dead zones to execute off-the-books terminations, ensuring no objective digital timeline exists to protect the worker or verify the company's liability. • Targeted Exploitation: Hiring practices appear heavily focused on targeting bilingual and minority applicants under the predatory assumption that they lack the resources or systemic literacy to navigate corporate compliance or defend their labor rights. • Attempted Wage Theft: Training hours are treated as optional compensation. Upon terminating a worker before system onboarding is complete, management explicitly states they will "try" to secure payment, flatly violating federal Department of Labor mandates until threatened with direct federal escalation.
