Awesome, fun group of people to work with every day. I go into the office for a reason. I learn something new every day. There are lots of growth opportunities as an engineer. It's very easy to feel the immediate impact of your work. There's strong senior engineering leadership to learn from. My manager takes into account my personal growth. Great focus on data-driven decision making across the organization. Meeting scheduling is a surprisingly deep and interesting problem to work on solving.
Cons
Processes are constantly evolving and aren't as mature as at some companies. Teams shift focus and composition fairly frequently. Engineering management is very hands-off and teams own their own prioritization decisions. Don't expect anyone to ever tell you what you should be doing.
