Pros
The product does appeal to some.
Cons
One of the worst startups I have ever experienced. There is no company culture, they are underpaying you compared to the market and expect you to do work equivalent to 2-3 people. Almost 0 career opportunities except for the few that have been around for years and part of the "in" group. As for the rest, there is no real route for advancement. Compensation is below market and no yearly increases. No culture or real values. Nothing stood out about this company. They will throw you under the bus and don't really provide support. Have unrealistic expectations Senior management do not know what they want. They try to be "transparent" but hide all the important information from the employees. They seem to be inexperienced and make decisions without thinking things through. Behind on the latest software tools and too cheap to invest in certain technology. Running out of inventory for some of their core products and having a hard time procuring materials.
