the scheduling is pretty flexible, things are done by the book, it's really easy to make connections with coworkers and all employees are super nice

management expects literal 14 year olds to act as managers while paying minimum wage. the loblaws company does not care about its employees. the managers I work with are really gossipy and talk bad about teenagers.
