- Great company who really loves their people - Lots of events, giveaways, birthday celebrations etc. - Management led by example and was not micro-management - Great work/life balance, lots of emphasis on being a human first and employee second

- Low salary - Poor benefit package

Lot's of flexibility, lack of micro-managing, alot of creative freedom. Head of company is super friendly.

Cons

not the most challenging creative work, PTO was lousy (basically got what meets CA requirements).
